Sleeps: up to 11. (1 king size or 2 twins, 2 queen size, a daybed for lounging that also serves as a
twin, and 2 full size air mattresses– comfortable, easy to inflate AeroBeds)
Parking: off-street parking for 4 cars (if use one of the 3 patios).
Laundry: new washer/dryer. Laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Housekeeping Service: Can be arranged for an additional fee.
Media room: flat-screen HDTV, Bose surround sound with CD and DVD player, and Cox Cable.
Master Bedroom: flat screen HDTV.

Miscellaneous

Both houses have menus of all the best local restaurants for dining out or ordering in. Two bicycles (beach cruisers) come with the main house. Additional bicycles and skates can be rented at many nearby locations. Dishes and utensils are included. Fresh linens and towels are available for an extra $20 per person. Games, books, magazines, and local maps. Special services, such as in-home massage, yoga lessons, housekeeping, limousine and a tour guide, can be arranged for an additional charge.
