Rental Information

Peak Season

(May 16th through September 30th) and Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter weeks)

Main Residence: $3,295 + Tax per week.
Guest House: $1,295 + Tax per week.
Both Houses Together: $4,195 + Tax per week.

Off Peak Season

(October 1st through May 15th)

Main Residence: $2,495 + Tax per week
Guest House: $995 + Tax per week
Both Houses Together: $3,195 + Tax.
Fresh linens and towels are available for $20 per person. Other services, such as housekeeping, are available for an additional fee.

Deposits

Reservation Deposits
The total charges for your stay must be paid in advance before we can reserve particular dates for your group. The standard charges include the full rent for the period reserved, a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc., a non-refundable cleaning deposit, and sales tax.

Refundable Security Deposits
Main Residence: $1,500
Guesthouse: $750
The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks after you vacate the premises, less the amount to repair any damage, replace any property losses, or otherwise satisfy the terms of the rental agreement.

Non-refundable Cleaning Deposits: Main Residence: $250
Guesthouse: $100
