Reservations

Estrella del Mar has just been made available for weekly rentals. Availability is good at this time but given the demand for weekly rentals in the area, we suggest you reserve your vacation period as soon as you know the dates.

How To Make A Reservation

To reserve either the main residence, the guesthouse, or both, first click on the "view availability" hot links below and see if the dates you want are available. Dates in red indicate no vacancy.

If your dates are available, contact Jim Gressinger. He can be reached at jimgressinger@msn.com or (520) 820-2710. He needs to know (1) do you want the main residence, the guesthouse, or both; (2) the dates you will arrive and leave; (3) who you are, how many in your party, and your contact information; and (4) whether or not you want fresh linens and towels for $20 per person and/or other services, such as housekeeping for an additional charge.

When Jim has this information and has confirmed that the dates you want are available, he will calculate the rent, sales tax, deposits, and any other charges and email you a rental agreement that includes the charges, the obligations of the owners and the residents, and instructions on how to make a reservation deposit. The full amount is due at the time the rental agreement is signed. Look over your rental agreement to make sure everything is correct, complete the blank spaces, then sign and fax it to Jim. Your dates are not reserved until Jim has receive your signed rental agreement and the reservation deposit.

Making Your Reservation Deposit

Specific instructions on how to make your reservation deposit are included on your rental agreement. In general, (1) You can send a check, but your dates are not reserved until your check clears. (2) You can send payment through PayPal. Or (3) you can simply wire transfer funds from your bank account to Jim's. The latter is the fastest.
